On the 20th November 2008, the cream of the Irish Internet industry met in Dublin to celebrate, recognise and acknowledge innovators in the field of Internet and Online Media.

 

DayOut.ie was short listed in the BEST TRAVEL & TOURISM category, and directors Fergal Walsh (L) and Keith O Brien attended the evening. Also pictured is Daniel Quinn, chief creative designer for DayOut.ie

 

The Golden Spiders provides an excellent opportunity to network with peers in the industry, discuss and review the past year, pitch new ideas and promote the DayOut.ie brand. We enjoyed a great night with colleagues from Daft.ie, DV4 and Digital Ideas to name just a few.

We congratulate all winners on the night and also all those nominated across various categories.

This was the largest Golden Spider Award ceremony to date and the evening, hosted by comedian Des Bishop, was a great success.
