A family group from Cork, Crystal Swing consists of Mary, her son Derek, and daughter Dervla who have become an overnight internet success with 1 million hits with the song 'He Drinks Tequilla'.
They have appeared on several TV shows, including 'The Late Late Show' and 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' in the USA. They sold out the Opera House in Cork on their first appearance and have played to 6,000 students at UCC. Their mixture of showband music, with 'The Hucklebuck' and country music make them appeal to all ages from teenagers up to people in their 80's. No other band in forty years has captured the imagination of the nation like 'Crystal Swing'.
