Arguably one of the finest inland members golf complexes, Royal Tara Golf Club is a long established gem set in the heart of the Bellinter Valley, renowned for it's welcome to visitors and constant commitment to quality. Royal Tara Golf Club has 27 holes in mature parkland at the foot of the Hill of Tara. Golfers must negotiate an avenue of trees and slick sand based greens which are open all year round. The course was expanded from 18 to 27 in the 1990’s with the help of Europe Tour Professional Des Smyth. The main course consists of the Cluide, the Tara nines and the Bellinter nine which is the back nine of the old course.
