Ballyhack Castle
Ballyhack Castle Co Wexford is steeped in history and can trace its origins back to the 14th Century. Originally built by the Knights Hospitallers of St. John, which were one of the two great military orders founded at the beginning of the 12th century during time of the Crusades. The castle features some artefacts from the crusades period and guided tours last approx. 40 mins. The caste location has a commanding position overlooking the nearby estuary.
