Thank you so much for a fantastic day out. We arrived on saturday morning and luck was on our side the weather was just fantastic which really made the day for us. We started off by visiting Westport House and had so much fun the kids participated in the Pumpkin carving and we loved the way the house was decorated. My husband and I had so much fun frightening the kids by hiding and jumping out on them. There was somebody dressed up as a cat which frightened my 3 year old more than we did. We then sat and listened to a story being told by a lovely white witch. After our visit to the house we went on the swan boats which was really tranquil and beautiful but the kids just wanted to go and do the other activities. We then went on the train and the kids loved that. Then it was onto the carpet ride and even my husband and I enjoyed it but the high for all of us was the flume and the pirate ship. It was so hard to drag the kids away from these to have lunch but when we arrived to Grace's restaurant we couldnt believe their was an indoor and outdoor play area for the kids. You never saw 2 kids to eat there lunch so fast with the promise to play in both play areas. This gave my husband and I time to relax before heading back to the rides again. The only fault I would have is - the day went too fast. Thank you so so much for giving us an incredible day out. I would recommend Westport House and Pirate Adventure Park to anyone.

Visited Westport House recently with friends and family, we all had a fantstic time. There is plenty to see and do and the House is fabulous with lots of brilliant rooms and antiques on display. For the kids the Pirate Park is a winner, based around the pirate queen Grace O'Malley there is a ships galleon thrill ride and a log flume and plenty more. Great place, great setting, great day out. Highly recommend it to anyone and we will be returning asap.
