The Palace Stables Heritage Centre is a restored Georgian stable block set in Palace Demesne in the heart of Armagh City. The Centre is located on the Palace Demense situated next to the impressive Primates Palace, formerly the home of the Archbishops of the Church of Ireland from 1770 until the 1970s. The Palace Stables Heritage is open all year round for walks of the beautiful demense and gardens. Check ahead for status on visitor centre and restaurant as works were being carried out recently. There is a range of events, both daytime and evening available through our living history department.
