Have just come back from a very disapointing play with kids in kidzone. Arrived at 4.10 to be told they were closing early at 5. As didn't want to upset kids we said we would go in for 50 mins only to be charged €15 full price!!!! The place itself could really do with a good clean and the bathrooms are always bad when I have been there. At weekends the younger staff are great not the same during the week. Have to say we won't be back which is bad as it's a local business.
We have been going to Kidzone since 2005 and still enjoy it as much today as then. The staff are so experienced with children and will always go 'the extra mile' in helping. Great lattes which you can drink while watching the children play - they have no escape routes! I would give full marks for safety fun and customer service. All this is worth much more than shiny big TV screens....at only €5 where else would you get this value.
Had my daughters birthday party in Kidzone Swords recently and could not have been happier with it. The staff were amazing and really looked after us. All the kids had a great time and I would have over the years been there many times and would never have any complaints.. would highly recommend it.
Having recently been to kidszone in Swords, I was very very disappointed, €6 and fillthy dirty, my little boy kept picking up dirt, old food and there was a terrible smell in the place, I've been a couple of times as I wanted to give it a fair chance but not anymore.
