The Dunbrody Abbey Cookery School is open year round and offers a wide variety of courses, both seasonal and ethnic, including contemporary Irish, fish cooking, home entertaining, etc. Participants on all courses are also free to explore Dunbrody Abbey and the wonderful 1500 yew tree hedge maze in the visitor centre.
