Ireland's first pub brewery is named after Biddy Early, a Clare magical woman of the 1800's. The beers produced on the premises are 100% natural containing no artifical colourants, sweetners or preservatives. The visitor centre hosts an interesting audio-visual presentation which tells the story of the legendary Biddy Early, and her well known connection with the pub. The centre also hosts guided tours, where visitors can see the workings of a fully operational brewery in its entirety. Following the tour visitors have the chance to taste the award winning beers for themselves.
