Clare Museum
The story of Clare stretches back over 8,000 years. Its incredible history is excitingly captured at the 'Riches of Clare'. Beautifully displayed artifacts in the restored former Convent of Mercy building, displays original works of art, entralling audio-visual presentations and interactive experiences, all combine to provide an exciting glimpse into the rich history and heritage of Clare. Over 400 artefacts of Clare origin, on loan from the National Musuem of Ireland can be seen.
