The hotel restaurant, "The Four Earls", named in honour of the Earls of Howth who lived in the castle, serves food at prices which many expensive city restaurants would be hard pressed to match. The emphasis is on fresh ingredients, sourced where possibly locally, cooked with imagination and flair. The main menu, affords a choice of five or six starters, main courses and desserts. It is changed daily. Fresh fish from the nearby harbour always features but this is not just a restaurant for the fish lover. The view from the terrace out to Ireland's Eye out over the sea as the sun sets in the west is a rare pleasure. With a glass of wine in your hand and a magnificent meal to savour it is doubly so. We have an extensive A La Carte Menu, which changes with the seasons and there is a new Early Bird Menu each week.
