I went to a friends hen party recently in Carrick on Shannon. We're all in our 30s now and so while great fun it wasn't all playboy bunny tails. We booked a Cocktail Master Class in the new Cocktail Bar in the Landmark Hotel. The bar is absolutely fabulous. There's a massive big window ove-looking the Shannon and the 'mixologist' who took us through the steps individually was brilliant - really good at showing us how to make the cocktails and really good fun too. We all made 4 cocktails each and got to drink them all - they were yummy!! We had nibbles too and were given a certificate on completion. It was a great afternoon and a great idea for a Hen weekend - everyone should be told about it!!!!
