Mrs Claus will greet you in Fort Lucan and then introduce you to your ELF!! Your Elf will then whisk you away to the North Pole! Walk and talk with all of Santa’s elves as they bring you through the enchanted forest where the famous Toy Factory is getting ready for Christmas.
Meet working elves, as they finish making toys and preparing for Santa's flight around the world on Christmas Eve. Write your letters to Santa in the North Pole Post Office, post them and then go meet Father Christmas himself! All children over two years of age will receive a present. The tour lasts between 40 minutes to an hour
The forest is covered, so the Toy Factory will be open in all weathers! But wrap up warm... it is the North Pole after all!
