Since opening its doors in 2009 The Cookery School @ Donnybrook Fair has established itself as a firm favourite amongst aspiring cooks and foodies around Dublin. Our resident chef, Monique McQuaid hosts weekly demonstration & hands-on classes which draw on a wide variety of culinary themes and traditions that have been inspired by Monique’s travels around the globe. Throughout the year, Monique invites a number of friends to host classes in her kitchen. During 2010 had the pleasure of hosting Darina Allen, Ross Lewis, Denis Cotter, Fergus Henderson (St. John), Peter Gordon (Providores), Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill) and Tom Norrington-Davies (Great Queen Street) to name but a few. We look welcoming back some of these guests chefs in 2011 along with some other leading lights from the culinary world such as Skye Gyngell, Thomasina Miers an. d St. John (London)
