The Panda Play Cafe is a fantastic TODDLER playcentre located in Terenure College Rugby Club and also in Old Belvedere Rugby Club in Ballsbridge (from the 1st September). It is a safe and stimulating environment for 0-5 year olds, and a relaxing place for parents!
