A great place,very interesting for all the family. My 13yr old son didn't want to go, gave out all the way there was reluctant to even get out of the car. He loved it found it very interesting.We couldn't believe it was free to get in.Good facilities with friendly professional staff. Set in a lovely area, with pretty grounds for a walk, picnic or just to sit down and admire. A little hidden treasure that I have recommended to all my friends. We will return

we have been to the museum on at least 4 occasions. There is always something to see that we 'missed' last time. Each level has kids colouring trolleys to keep the little ones happy and interested. Interactive games are great fun. The restaurant is lovely with plenty of choice from sandwiches and soup to main meals, really tasty ans clean.
